Shipping + Returns
Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout. However, please note that most products are handmade and require a 1 to 3 week production lead-time. Overnight shipping does not mean you will receive your product tomorrow, rather your item will be shipped via overnight delivery once the product is produced and prepared for shipment. You will receive order and shipping confirmation notifications via email to keep you informed regarding the status of your order. If you do not receive an email confirmation please first check your spam folders and email tabs just in case it got misplaced. If you cannot locate the email or have additional questions you may contact us.
For time-sensitive orders: please contact us or email firstname.lastname@example.org regarding a rush order (fees may apply). We will do the best we can to have you order ready for you by the date requested however we can not make any guarantees. Rush orders will be reviewed on a case by case basis and determined if feasible when you contact us.
Shipping costs are calculated and determined by the third party shipping agent you select at checkout. Shipping fees are not determined by Govner's House and can not be changed or refunded.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
There are some situations where partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Refunds and exchanges will not be granted if:
- the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our production error.
-Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, as outlined in the refund approval email you will receive.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items are non-refundable. Only full priced items, under some conditions, may be considered for a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or need to be resized. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
